Dear Bob by Ken Baldrey

May we take this opportunity to thanking you for both the design and fitting of our lovely kitchen. It was a pleasure to deal with you from the first meeting to completion. The result is first class, so much so that my wife insists on having many of our meals there!

As you know, whilst we had a good idea of precisely what we wanted we were able to work through several redesigns to make it just perfect. The whole process was made easy by your understanding nature, your suggestions and your willingness to incorporate the changes we decided on!

Then there was the fitting of the kitchen. Mike and his 'small band of merry men' arrived on time on the agreed day - not something achieved by other fitters, as some of my friends have found to their cost. It if was necessary to work late to complete a certain part of the work then this was done with the usually cheery smile. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were always cleaned before finishing for the day. Again suggestions on various aspects such as the fitting of power sockets and switches were made. In particular, the central heating controls are now off the wall, reducing the 'clutter' and now reside in the cupboard under the stairs where they are easily read and reached!

The other fitters doing the Amtico floor and the work-Silestone surfaces were again very cheerful and happy to make suggestions, resulting in an excellent result.

Everyone who has seen it is impressed and one of our friends will be contacting you regarding fitting a new kitchen from them. I am sure that they will recieve the same excellend service and result as ourselves.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen! It’s a complete transformation, thanks to your expert design and innovative ideas and the craftsmanship of your team. It all works so well and looks beautiful.

Dear Bob by Sandra and David Rushmer

We both want to express our real thanks to you now that our new kitchen is fully installed and all the subsequent decoration completed.

Our home has been substantially enhanced as our objectives have been delivered, arguably even exceeded. This situation owes so much to your design inputs. This activity, far from ceasing upon the initial business award, continued with suggestions and small refinements that eventually created a simply stunning end result. Your ability to allow us, the clients, to test out ideas without your intruding/influencing was really beneficial and we genuinely believe we got everything right in the end.

However, it is also important to recognise two other areas where you added real value to this project. Firstly the “total service” provided facilitated arrangements with key suppliers of all the required installation related services: you became a very effective ‘one man shop’. Secondly, the quality of installation services was both very high but also creative in finding practical improvements during the process. This enhanced the final product in many small ways.

Finally, all the personnel who you organized and who worked at our home were both highly professional and capable but also unfailingly courteous and considerate in their interactions with us.
